New York, NY – Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing yet another multi-million dollar lawsuit. According to Complex, an anonymous woman is suing the currently incarcerated rapper for a 2018 shooting incident that resulted in several injuries.

On July 16, 2018, members of the Nine Trey Bloods Gang were filming a video in the Smurf Village apartment complex in Brooklyn when 6ix9ine reportedly got a phone call suggesting his future kidnappers — Anthony “Harv” Ellison and Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack — were on location, six days before the actual kidnapping occurred.

Documents state 6ix9ine then allegedly “instructed the member who placed the call to him to assault and/or murder the Nine Trey members involved in his kidnapping.”

Shortly after the rainbow-loving rapper allegedly ordered the attack, multiple gunshots were fired at Smurf Village, resulting in the woman’s injuries. In addition to getting hit in the foot, she sustained injuries to her back and knees. In the suit, she claims she lost her job at the Century 21 department store and couldn’t start police academy training. She’s seeking $75,000,000 in compensatory damages and $75,000,000 in punitive damages.

The woman took the stand during 6ix9ine’s court hearing last December.

“I just want to say, I have scars on my back, scars on my knee, scars on my foot,” she said. “July 16 was the worst day of my life. I could have lost my leg … I just want him to apologize. I was caught in the crossfire. I’m a regular civilian who got hit. He was the mastermind … I wanted to face him. I want him to know he hurt me.”

He then apologized to her and offered to take care of her medical bills.

Lance Lazzaro, one of 6ix9ine’s attorneys, doesn’t believe the woman’s intentions are pure and claims his client wasn’t in New York at the time of the shooting. Instead, he places the blame on 6ix9ine’s former manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan.

“She sent a letter yesterday asking for Daniel;s civil attorney, because they’re looking to sue Daniel Hernandez,” he said back in December. “So her statement to the judge and to everybody in that courtroom that all she was looking for was an apology clearly was false. Clearly she has other plans by coming there yesterday than just to get an apology. She had other motives.

“Her statement at court about her being an innocent victim is true,” Lazzaro continued. “She was an innocent victim that day. Daniel had very little role in that, except for being in a room with Kifano Jordan when Kifano Jordan ordered it to be done. Her statement in court saying all she wanted was an apology was not truthful. She’s looking for a payday. What’s interesting, she didn’t show up at Kifano Jordan’s sentencing. Kifano Jordan doesn’t have any money. She sees Daniel Hernandez as someone she can get something out of.”
