Since then he’s been touring the third world.

His latest stop is the African nation Uganda.

As you can see, he got a hero’s welcome.

Of course, 6ix9ine bought that welcome with US dollars.

And US dollars go a long way in a country with a per capita GDP of about $900 a year.
