Music fans received a nice surprise when it was learned that Jay-Z and Nas contributed verses for “Bath Salts,” one of the new cuts off DMX’s posthumous album Exodus.

But Hov, Esco, and X weren’t the only ones to bless the track, J. Cole also added a verse, which Swizz Beatz played during his Verzuz rematch with Timbaland on Sunday, May 30.

Swizz playing Cole’s verse comes amid talk that Cole’s latest LP The Off-Season is the best album of 2021.
