In a new interview with mrecktv, Styles opened up about his relationship with X.Ā
Styles says he knew DMX before he knew Jadakiss or Sheek Louch, and only lived a few blocks away from him.Ā
The Yonkers emcee went on to say that he remembers a time he was locked up, and ran into DMX on D Block.Ā
He says X asked him if he was ready, and brought him to a room that he never saw before. The room had a drummer and a line of emcees ready to battle.Ā
