A little over a year ago, Kay Flock got hit with second-degree murder charges after getting caught on tape murking a man outside a Harlem barbershop.

He’s been in jail awaiting trial in New York state for that crime, which he says was self-defense.

Last week things got a lot worse for the 19-year-old.

The Feds hit him with RICO charges for his involvement with the NYC-based Sev Side/DOA Gang.

More specifically, Flock is facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, murder in aid of racketeering, use of a firearm resulting in death, attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, use of a firearm for attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon.  He faces up to life in prison.

Here’s his latest photo from jail.

At least Kay has a good lawyer.  Jeffrey Litchmam has defended El Chapo (who lost) and John Gotti Jr. (who won) among others.
