But he’s never owned a Tesla. He’s never even been in one.

“I never ridden in a Tesla. The reason being I’ve always had in the back of my mind that the government could tap into the brain of the car,” Ross said, and then imitated his own car pulling him over. “You pull up to the building and the agent.”
