YFN Lucci pleaded guilty to one count of violating the Street Gang and Terrorism Prevention Act last January and received a 10 year prison sentence, as well as 10 years of probation.
But last year Fulton County’s District Attorney Fani Willis wrote a letter to the State Board of Pardons and Paroles and said she supports him getting an early release.
According to reporter Loren LoRosa, that early release will come much sooner than later.

“Heāll be under set conditions or rules he has to follow at the time of his release (which is standard), but Iām told the conditions arenāt too crazy,” added LoRosa. “Theyāre the same conditions that were set forth at the time of his plea.”
Once released, it’ll be interesting to see if Lucci picks up where he left off with his rap career, or if he’ll choose to stay out of the limelight for a while.
