Of all the rappers who turned on Drake during the Kendrick Lamar-led summer pile-on, Future was the most surprising.

The word is the fell out over girls and money, the usual stuff.

However, last week Future signaled that he wants to rekindle his lucrative relationship with the Canandian when he co-signed a Tweet Young Thug posted about Drake, Future and Metro Boomin settling their differences.

Now Elliott Wilson says that Drake and Future got on the phone and started working things out.

“I have it on good authority that Drake and Future have at least gotten on the phone and resolved their differences,” he said.  “I think that helped the energy when Future reposted [Young Thug’s Tweet]. There’s no trust there still with Metro, but I do believe that Drake and Future are back on the same page.”

Metro just caught a weird case, so it’s not surprising Drake doesn’t want anything to do with him.
