Rae Sremmurd is currently on a promotional run for their new Sremm 4 Life album and they recently chopped it up with Complex.

In one part of the conversation, the group addressed talk that they fell off and they don’t appeal to the TikTok generation.

“They act like we’re dead or something,” said Swae Lee. “Our music already went up on TikTok, still. We dropped that sh*t before TikTok was even made and it’s still going on TikTok.”

Elsewhere, the brothers talked about why they’ve kept a low profile in recent years, which has to do with staying in the studio and just living life.

“We knew what we were working on, which is Sremm 4, so we ain’t gotta necessarily go on Oprah and say, ‘The group? We’re good,’” Swae explained. “We already are sweating, waking up, going to the studio, doing shows, doing these meet-and-greets.”

Have you listened to Sremm 4 Life yet? If so, what are your thoughts?
