New York City, ny – For longtime fans of rapper R.A. The Rugged Man, an upcoming follow-up to 2013s Legends Never Die was no secret, as he’s been teasing it for a while now his Twitter account. However, we now have a real taste of what to expect, courtesy of a brand new Psycho Les (of The Beatnuts fame) produced single “Legendary Loser.”

The song, which is the first single from the album –officially titled All My Heroes Are Dead — is a candid look at the rapper’s life and career.

“The song is a reintroduction to who I am,” R.A. has noted a statement. “My day one fans will be able to relate because they watched me go through it, but I think people who don’t know shit about me can relate to this story as well … that roller coaster of life, downs and ups.”

There is an inspirational aspect to the song, he adds. “No matter how far you fall, you can kick your way out of it and get back on your feet. I’ve been beaten, bloodied, left for dead and survived. If I could do it so can you,” he says.

All My Heroes Are Dead is poised to be worth the wait, slated for both digital and special-edition three-LP vinyl release this spring. “My upcoming album got LOTS of rapping, LOTS of long songs, none of this short attention span shit,” he Tweeted
