Pharrell Williams has announced that Something in the Water Festival will be held in DC, with Tyler, the Creator, 6lack and more to perform.

Something in the Water Festival is making its return, going from Virginia to Washington, DC. On Tuesday, Pharrell Williams announced that in partnership with Redrock Entertainment and Live Nation, Something in the Water will be held during Juneteenth Weekend in DC, with festivities expanded to three stages.

Artists set to perform at the festival include two-time Grammy winner Tyler, the Creator, 6lack, Tierra Whack, BIA, Calvin Harris, Chloe x Halle, Lucky Daye, Pusha T, Syd and more, with a headlining set from Pharrell and special guests.

Last October, Williams cited “toxic energy” as the reason for pulling Something in the Water Festival from Virginia, per Variety. In March of last year, his cousin, Donovon Lynch was killed by a Virginia Beach police officer.

“I love my city, but for far too long it has been run by and with toxic energy,” Williams wrote. “The toxic energy that changed the narrative several times around the homicide of my cousin, Donovan Lynch, a citizen of Virginia, is the same toxic energy that changed the narrative around the mass murder and senseless loss of life at Building Number 2.”

Something in the Water Festival will kick off on Friday, June 17th, ending on Sunday, June 19th. Fans who purchased festival tickets for previous years will have exclusive presale access from Wednesday, April 27th at 10 AM until Thursday, April 28th at 10 PM ET. Three-day festival tickets will be available on Thursday, April 28th at 10 PM ET on the festival’s official website.
