Kanye West revealed earlier this week that Ice Spice’s team blocked the release of their collaboration.
The Bronx rapper sent vocals to Ye for his song “New Body” after the track was sent to her by his former employee YesJulz.
Nicki Minaj was originally on the song but said she no longer wanted to be on it since it was recorded back in 2018.
According to Nicki’s fanbase, The Barbz, Ice was wrong for doing the cut since Nicki seemed to be like a mentor to her. She also collaborated with Ice on the songs “Princess Diana” and “Barbie World.”
“Like shordie WROTE , RECORDED & SENT the sh*t 🤣Thats not loyalty baby,” tweeted one Barb.
“I told y’all from the moment she won that VMA award & never thanked Nicki for all the love she was genuinely showing her at the time to watch ha,” wrote another Nicki fan.
