There’s a Nicki Minaj superfan named Tameer Peak, who’s suing Nicki for $5 million. He’s also accusing her of causing him reputational harm, emotional distress, and financial loss.
According to court docs, Peak has been a Barb for 15 years and helped Nicki promote her Pink Friday 2 album.
He says she began harassing him in 2017 by accusing him of being paid to ruin her career.
Furthermore, Peak said that Nicki once invited him to a hotel and mocked him on Instagram Live in front of 100,000 people.
He claims that her husband Kenneth Petty “battered” him as well, in 2020, at a Super Bowl weekend event.
Plus, Peak said that Nicki accused him of being mentally incompetent by saying things like he’s “one sandwich short of a picnic”and isn’t “a full basket at the picnic.”
But Nicki’s lawyer said that Peak is the one guilty of harassment, not his client.
“Mr. Peak has been harassing Nicki on social media for years on end to no avail,” said Judd Burstein in a statement. “He has now graduated to seeking to shake her down financially with manifestly false allegations and legally frivolous claims. He will regret having gone down this disreputable road when he is forced to pay her legal fees as required by California law.”
Peak filed his lawsuit in L.A. Superior Court.
