Meek Mill and Roddy Ricch have linked up to pay tribute to the late Nipsey Hussle. After debuting their collaboration “Letter To Nipsey” at the 2020 Grammy Awards on Sunday (January 26), the two have officially released their single on streaming outlets.

Both artists recall crying in the aftermath of Nipsey’s death in their respective verses. Roddy’s hook also invokes tears shed over the loss.

“Had to stare through these tears ’cause I see you every time my eyes close,” Roddy wails.

Production on the track is handled by Papamitrou, the first producer signed to Dream Chasers. According to Meek, all proceeds from the sales and streams of “Letter To Nipsey” will go to the slain MC’s family.
