Lil Yachty’s face is going to be seen in a ton of grocery stores come 2021. Lil Boat adds to his myriad of diverse collaborations by teaming up with Reese’s Puffs to get his own cereal box with the General Mills brand. Yachty joins Travis Scott, who slapped his figure across a Reese’s Puffs cereal box in 2019.

With Yachty being a collector of exotic cereals and some of the rarest flavors in the world, the unique partnership makes a ton of sense for the Atlanta native. Yachty’s collectible Reese’s Puffs cereal is set to be rolled out in 2021 and cost buyers $3.99 retail.

Yachty teased his partnership with a quirky “Reese’s Puffs Rap” track, which he debuted at a virtual concert in November. The 23-year-old spoke to Hypebeast about why this limited-edition collaboration is probably the “coolest thing” he’s accomplished in his career thus far.

“Growing up Reese’s Puffs was the cereal that was always in the house,” he said. “But growing up and it being a cereal that was always in the house — a cereal we ate — is like a super cool and crazy accomplishment. Arguably the craziest thing I’ve done, and I’ve done so many things in my career. I have so many accomplishments I’m so proud of. But I was telling someone today this is probably the coolest thing I’ve done thus far.”

Yachty continued, “I don’t think it’s just an everyday thing you see, like, a rapper on a cereal box, you know? I eat cereal every day, so it’s just gonna be cool to see it — like my face in the cereal aisle.”
