In August, Lil Pump joined Vitaly and MMA fighter Colby Covington on Vitaly’s likely fake child predator-catching stream.

Now he’s getting sued for it.

During the segment, they accused Uber driver Edwin Valenzuela of being a predator.  Then they beat him, shaved his head, forced him to eat a condom, and threatened to feed him to the gators.

However, Valenzuela, who has limited English skills, says he isn’t a predator.

Instead, he says, two men he gave an Uber ride to offered him a job cleaning a boat.  Then they lured him into a room where he encountered Vitaly, Pump, and Covington, who claimed they had messages between him and a minor and began assaulting him.

In addition to the assault and humiliation, they stole his gold chains and caused him to lose his job at Uber.

He is suing for civil conspiracy assault, battery, false imprisonment, and civil theft and seeks unspecified damages.

Rather, than turn to the alleged predators over to law enforcement, Vitaly, and his associates beat, harass, torture, terrorize, defame and humiliate the alleged predators on a livestream,” the suit alleged.

Throughout the ordeal, Plaintiff was bombarded by verbal abuse, including racial slurs, accusations of illegal status, and threats of deportation, with multiple Defendants screaming in his face, all while being urged by an attorney to sign a release for a ‘gameshow,’” the suit read.

Sounds bad.
