Lil Durk got some good news this week:

A federal judge will consider granting him bail in his murder-for-hire case.

He also got some bad news.

The feds have seized an audio file of of his unreleased song, “Scoom his Ass.”

In the track, Smurk raps “rid[ing] through Beverly Hills with choppers.”

According to the Feds, the lyrics “have a striking similarity to the modus operandi used to kill” Quando Rondo’s cousin, Lil Pab.

The government believes Durk paid his goons to kill Rondo to avenge the death of King Von.  But instead of shooting Rondo, the paid goons hit his cousin, who they caught with Rondo in a car on a Beverly Hills street.

 “Although ‘Scoom his Ass’ does not appear to have been officially released by defendant, the lyrics are authentic as the government seized the audio file from a co-conspirator’s cellular phone pursuant to a federal search warrant, which has been produced to the defense,” prosecutors argued in court.
