Lil Durk is being held without bond on murder-for-hire charges.

His lawyers are trying to get him bail, and were able to get a new bond hearing on May 8.

However, their uphill battle to get Smurk home before his October 14 trial has hit a snag.

Today, the feds have filed a supplement to their motion in opposition to the reconsideration of the order of detention after that got a new indictment with an additional charge of Stalking Resulting in Death.
