Kodak Black has been in federal prison for almost two months.

His latest criminal ordeal started when the cops in Florida caught him with coke, oxycodone, and an expired license. That was a violation of his federal probation, and the feds came in and scooped him up.

His been in jail without bail since.

Yak was supposed to be in court this week.  The proceedings have been delayed until February 21, so at least four more weeks in jail for the 26 year old

Kodak was on probation for lying on a gun application, a charge he pleaded guilty to, and got 46 months. In January 2021, then-president Donald Trump commuted the last two-and-half years of the sentence, allowing him to come home.

However, because he wasn’t pardoned, Yak may have to serve the rest of the sentence.
