Lil Baby isn’t the only rapper who discovered Walmart’s been selling bootleg jewelry featuring his brand. Kodak Black has also put the retailer on notice for having fake Sniper Gang chains up for sale, threatening to sue the company.

Walmart told TMZ it’s taking action to remove the knockoffs but put the blame on third-party sellers. Kodak’s attorney Bradford Cohen wasn’t so quick to let the retail giant off the hook though.

“‘Walmart has gotten wind and they are taking steps’ when you have 3rd party dealers on websites….the website owner tries to absolve themselves, and often has immunity from being sued for 3rd party content,” Cohen wrote. “Over the years that area has evolved. If a website host is put on notice that a 3rd party vendor is selling knockoffs and they do nothing about it, they are being willfully blind and should be held responsible. Lets see how @walmart behaves before I drag them. @kodakblack @lilbaby_1 #kodakblack #snipermart #movekodak #culturevulture @snipergangapparel.”

On Monday (June 22), Lil Baby called out Walmart for selling unlicensed 4PF jewelry on its website. The items were being offered by a seller called Weekend Gifts, Inc.

Kodak’s Sniper Gang artist Jackboy followed suit on Tuesday (June 23), putting the retail corporation on blast via Twitter.

“@Walmart Y’all Better Hope Y’all Can’t Get Sued Because If So Sniper Gang About To Have Are Own Walmart Thinking face SniperMart Coming Soon,” he wrote.

Any legal action taken by Kodak in the near future would happen while he’s still behind bars. He’s in the midst of serving 46 months in prison for a federal gun charge and was recently denied his appeal for a lighter sentence.

As of Wednesday (June 24), Walmart has removed all unlicensed 4PF and Sniper Gang merchandise from its website. The online store is still offering items from Weekend Gifts, including chains featuring Wu-Tang Clan, Travis Scott, Bad Boy Records and Lil Pump logos.
