Kodak Black has announced a new project titled Kill Bill — despite being stuck inside prison.

The incarcerated rapper shared the info with a fan-made, photoshopped image comparing him to the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant on Saturday (April 4). No release date for the new project was given.

“#KillBill Coming Real Soon,” he wrote on Twitter. “Until then vibe to these Championships.”

The accompanying photo features Kodak’s head on Bryant’s body from when the Los Angeles Lakers star showed off his five NBA Championship trophies at a press conference. Five of Kodak’s projects have been edited onto the trophies.

In the caption of an Instagram post with the same photo, Kodak explained how he’s more of an NFL fan than an NBA fan. But he also offered his condolences to Bryant, noting how the basketball great’s death deterred his plans of returning from prison by helicopter.
