New York rapper Kay Flock is facing life in prison after being found guilty of racketeering conspiracy, use of a firearm resulting in death, attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering, and use of a firearm for attempted murder and assault with a dangerous weapon.

On the bright side, he did beat the top charge against him:  murder.

He focused on the good in his reaction to the verdict.

“I BEAT THE TOP COUNT I MADE THE JUDGE CRY “HE SAID NOW HE NOT FORCE TO GIVE ME LIFE,”  Kay typed, and then typed other stuff about religion and staying solid.

Do you think it’s a good idea to call out the judge who could still give you life?
