Kanye West has put another legal battle behind him. According to The Blast, Japanese fabric supplier Toki Sen-I Co. has dropped a $600,000 lawsuit against the G.O.O.D. Music founder and his Yeezy Apparel.

The case was scheduled to go to trial in May, but West and his business can now move on thanks to the dismissal. No details about a possible monetary settlement have been revealed.

Toki Sen-I Co. accused Yeezy of placing a large order for fleece fabric in June 2018 yet never paying for the materials. After allegedly being denied a down payment, the company said they were owed $624,051.

West and his team fired back by claiming Toki Sen-I Co. didn’t deliver the product they promised, which was why they weren’t paid.

“Plaintiff never delivered the allegedly contracted-for product, and Yeezy Apparel allegedly did not pay the full price for that undelivered product,” Yeezy’s legal representation argued. “Despite being a basic business dispute between companies, Plaintiff needlessly inflates this case into a 4-count complaint under both tort and contract theories, baselessly including the celebrity member of Yeezy Apparel (Mr. West).”

West and Yeezy Apparel sought to have the lawsuit dismissed and ultimately got their wish.
