While Kanye West’s current collaborator Dr. Dre was just hit with divorce papers from his wife of 24 years Nicole Young, Ye is continuing his #WestDayEver initiative. On Monday morning (June 29), the newly-minted billionaire shared a snippet of the song “Wash Us In The Blood.”

“KANYE WEST,” he wrote in all caps. “ARTHUR JAFA. PROJECT 02. WASH US IN THE BLOOD. FROM THE FORTHCOMING ALBUM GOD’S COUNTRY. TODAY STILL #WESTDAYEVER.”

The 10-second clip features a woman screaming into a microphone and not much else.

Jafa, a cinematographer, originally mentioned he was working on a new video for Kanye while speaking to French fashion icon Michèle Lamy on Instagram Live in May.

When Lamy asked Jafa to provide more details, he said the song is for Ye’s next album — God’s Country.

“It’s from his new record,” Jafa said. “It’s called God’s Country and this will be like the first single I guess off of it. I don’t know if I’m supposed to not be announcing it or whatever. I may just be spilling the beans. It’s from a new record that’s forthcoming. I don’t know when the album is coming out but the single – I think maybe sometime next week. Maybe. I’m not sure. It’s not definite.”

Judging by Kayne’s most recent tweet, this is the Jafa-directed video he was talking about.

Kanye is also cooking up a Jesus Is King sequel with Dre. Although a release date for the project hasn’t been announced, Snoop Dogg shared a couple of photos over the weekend showing them all hard at work. ‘Ye later posted a Twitter photo of a cup of orange juice on the floor, apologizing for spilling some of it on Dre’s carpet.

In the caption, he mentioned they were “finishing” the album.
