NBA commissioner Adam Silver said he would announce Ja Morant’s suspension for his second gun-waving incident after the NBA Finals.
He waited till Denver had their parade and then he hit Ja with 25 games.

The suspension will come with conditions for his return.
Some might say that 25 games is on the light side, given that Ja had been accused of all sorts of bad behavior — including assaulting minors — apart from his habit of stunting firearms on social.
