Irv Gotti Had A Stroke, Says Wack 100

Irv Gotti is now walking with a cane after suffering a stroke. That’s according to Wack 100 who spoke about it in a podcast episode. 

Wack also pulled up a photo that shows Irv outside of a rehab facility.

“Irv Gotti had a stroke,” said Wack. “I got the guy down there at the stroke recovery center. He’s got a walker and all that. Lost a lot of weight. I get people from all around the world sending me sh*t, and I think this came from the worker at the motherf*cking rehabilitation center.”

The Murder Inc. founder does suffer from diabetes, which he talked about on Drink Champs last year.

But his team denied Wack’s claim.
