Teyena Taylor secretly filed for divorce from Iman Shumpert in January 2023, after over six years of marriage and two children.
She cited  “cruel treatment” and “extreme narcissistic behavior” from Shumpert.
Things have only gotten nastier since.
In new court filings, Shumpert claims Taylor is trying to drive a wedge between him and their children.
“In the presence of the children, [Taylor] has shouted crude and inflammatory racial insults at [Shumpert],” the docs read. “Such insults and criticism of [Shumpert] have caused the children to unjustly suffer stress and worry, unfairly placing the children in the self-imposed position of peacemaker between their parents.”
He also accuses her of leaking confidential details of their sealed divorce settlements.
Shumpert believes Taylor’s behavior violates several court orders.
His lawyer proposes that the judge give Taylor the maximum punishment of 20 days in prison for contempt.
So far, no ruling.
