Gillie Da King and Wallo visited Complex‘s “GOAT Talk” and spoke about a number of topics, including the top rappers.
At one point, the discussion swung around to who was the better rapper, DMX or Tupac Shakur. [Head to the 10:25-mark]

“Can I ask you a question?” said Wallo, speaking to Gillie. “Was DMX better than Tupac?”
“DMX is the greatest performer to ever hit the stage,” Gillie answered.
“No, but was he better than Tupac?” Wallo asked again.
“DMX and Tupac was on the same level,” said Gillie.
But Wallo still wanted to know who was better.
“As a rapper, maybe DMX,” Gillie stated. “But they’re both GOATS as far as talent. They both neck and neck.”
Who would you say was the better rapper, X or Pac? A few months ago, Cam’ron and Ma$e said DMX was better.
