Ghostface Killah is the celebrating the 25th anniversary of his debut album in style.

Next month will be the 25th anniversary of one of the greatest hip-hop debuts of the ’90s: Ghostface Killah’s Ironman. To celebrate the occasion, Ghostface will release a special 12″ vinyl of the album as well as a new extended digital edition that will be heading to DSPs. The extended album will feature new remixes and instrumentals of all the songs. (One of the remixes that will be available is a new version of Ghostface’s touching tribute to his mother, “All That I Got Is You.”)

The new extended version of Ironman is coming out on Friday, October 29. But the vinyl — which will be released by Get on Down and which will feature two colors, “Chicken & Broccoli” and “Blue & Crème” — will release in 2022. You’ll be able to cop the preorder that day, though.

It’s going to be a  busy time for Ghostface. He is currently working on Supreme Clientele 2, the sequel to his 2000 masterpiece. During a talk on Reddit’s HipHopHeads forum, Ghost shared that the album would be dropping on February 2022. He also wrote that Kanye West and Mike Dean would be executive producers of the album.

Ghost is also joining fellow Wu-Tang members GZA and Raekwon for The 3 Chambers Tour. On that tour, each Wu-Tang member will perform performing a set centered around one of their respective classic albums. GZA will perform Liquid Swords; Raekwon will do Only Built 4 Cuban Linx…; and Ghostface Killah will celebrate Ironman. That tour kicks off this week at the Skyway Theater in Minneapolis.
