Last year, Herbo pleaded guilty to federal charges of running a multi-year, multi-million dollar fraud scheme to finance the purchase of luxury goods.
The recommended sentence was between three and five years.

Herbo and his crew were accused of getting credit card numbers, possibly over the dark web, and charging millions for luxury goods over the last four years. Their illicit purchases included private jet flights, limousine rides, exotic car rentals, luxury vacations, and designer puppies.
