G Herbo pled guilty to federal charges of running a multi-year, multi-million dollar fraud scheme to finance the purchase of luxury goods.
The recommended sentence was between three and five years.
Earlier this month, he got three years of probation and 280K in fines.
He must have had some money left over because Herbo celebrated his good legal fortune with a new set of teeth.
