Freddie Gibbs, Big Sean, and Hit-Boy keep up their hot streaks.

For the past few weeks, Freddie Gibbs and Big Sean have been teasing an upcoming collaboration called “4 Thangs.” The two MCs began the previews in the midst of the Lakers’ NBA Finals run, which gave LeBron James his fourth ring and Finals MVP. On Friday, they finally dropped the Hit-Boy produced track to the masses. Stream the hilarious video below.

The video stars Sean and Freddie as co-MVPs on a championship squad, which just so happen to also wear the purple and gold. Hit-Boy holds the clipboard as the self-proclaimed Coach of the Year.

The three artists have been on scorching-hot runs over the last year, especially Gibbs and Hit-Boy. The latter executive produced Big Sean’s last album, Detroit 2, while also producing the entirety of Nas‘ King’s Disease and Benny the Butcher‘s Burden of Proof.

“As crazy as it might sound,” Hit-Boy recently said of working with Nas,” Nas came in like, ‘man, let’s really just make records. Don’t treat it like ‘Oh, I’m working with Nas.’ Let’s really just make the shit that sounds hard. It’s not about whose name is attached to it.’ Sean did the same thing. Capturing moments, making it sound as modern as possible.”

Gibbs, fresh off a year-long victory lap from Bandana, his long-awaited second project with Madlib, dropped Alfredo with the Alchemist earlier this year. Could a full-length project with Hit-Boy be on the way before year’s end? Stay tuned for further updates.
