Julio Foolio was shot and killed while celebrating his 26th birthday in Tampa, Florida.
The Jacksonville rapper was allegedly gunned down behind a Holiday Inn early this morning.
Foolio aggressively advertised the location of his birthday party on social media before he was shot.

Foolio has a history of aggressively taunting his opps in his raps and was shot in the foot in Jacksonville last year.
