RealStreetRadio Premiere – Freestyle Fellowship OG Myka 9 hopped on Jackson Whalan’s new track “G.T.F.O.H.” last December. Now, the duo is back with a video for the track that depicts a drunken Whalan getting tossed out of bar after indulging a little too much.

The collaboration is something Whalan doesn’t take for granted.

“We’ve all been in situations where someone around us is acting a fool and needs to vacate,” the Massachusetts native tells RealStreetRadio. “Sometimes we need to get away, start fresh and regroup. That’s what ‘G.T.F.O.H.’ is about.

“It’s an honor to produce for and collaborate with Myka 9, who has become a good friend in the past couple years. With me being a younger artist and he a legend, it’s an intergenerational exchange of bars.”

“G.T.F.O.H.” marks the duo’s first joint venture. Whalan, who produced the beat, delivers the anchor verse while keyboardist/co-producer Ian Evans executes the melodic side and Jonathan Grusauskas adds guitar. For his part, Myka contributes his signature deep vocals and effortless flow all over the cut.

Watch the visual up top.
