Drake is making the most of his time stuck indoors during the COVID-19 pandemic. The OVO Sound co-founder let fans know he’s completely focused on his sixth studio album by sharing a meme via Instagram on Monday (July 13).

“Are you single?” the photo reads. “No, I’m album.”

Earlier this month, Drake indicated he was about 80 percent done with the LP. He began working on the album in 2019.

In April, Drizzy dropped a project titled Dark Lane Demo Tapes to tide fans over while they waited on his next LP. The 14-track set included previously leaked songs, SoundCloud releases and some new tracks.

DJ Khaled Puts Fans On Notice By Announcing 2 New Drake Collaborations

Dark Lane Demo Tapes ended Drake’s long-running streak of No. 1 debuts on the Billboard 200. After having nine consecutive projects enter at the top of the chart, the diamond-selling rapper had to settle for No. 2 behind country star Kenny Chesney’s Here & Now.

Drake hasn’t announced a title for his sixth album. He’s indicated the LP will be shorter than 2018’s Scorpion.

“I went high volume,” he told TSN in February. “I did two sides. It was like 20-something songs, which is a lot of songs. This album I’ll probably make it more of a realistic offering. Something more concise. It could be 10, 11 songs – 16.”

Although the project’s release isn’t imminent, Drake fans will have a chance to hear new music from him soon. The Grammy Award winner is teaming up with DJ Khaled for two singles scheduled to drop on Friday (July 17).
