It’s no surprise that Drake bets on hockey.
He’s a Canadian and a degenerate gambler, after all.
Yesterday, he lost a little over a million dollars after his hometown Toronto Maple Leafs dropped Game 7 in their Eastern Conference semi-final series against the Florida Panthers 6-1.
Drake’s fellow Canadian Justin Bieber was at the game, and Drake blamed the Biebs for his bad beat.
“Bieber curse,” he typed.
Of course, that’s a play on the notorious “Drake curse”, which has plagued teams and athletes for years.
Nevertheless, it seems an inopportune time to troll the Biebs. He’s dealing with a lot, between the rumors he’s broke and the high-profile Diddy trial.
