Paige Reese Whitaker is the third judge for the Young Thug RICO trial this month.

The first judge was removed after being accused of misconduct, and the second stepped aside after learning her deputy had an improper relationship with one of Thug’s co-defendants.

A new judge is a new opportunity to ask for bail.

Thug has been held without bond for over two years.

Today, Judge Whitaker turned down Thug’s motion for bond and added she won’t reconsider unless there is a legitimate change in circumstances.

Thug’s trial is on track to be the longest in Georgia history.

We guess the good news is that if he is convicted, he will have already served a substantial portion of his time.
