Back in February, Kid Cudi said he has no interest in working with Donald Glover, aka Childish Gambino. But it wasn’t certain if his stance concerned beef or creative differences.

It turns out it’s beef.  Glover talked about Cudi in a new interview with Gigla Radio but said he doesn’t want any smoke. [Jump to the 11:04-mark]

“Kid Cudi, if you got a problem, I’m not here for the beef. Just talk to me,” said Glover. “It’s like we don’t have to agree on everything, but we also don’t have to be like, ‘When I see you, we have to wanna kill each other.’ Life is too short.”

There’s no word as to what started their issues, but Cudi is known to hold grudges since he’s been beefing with Lupe Fiasco for many years.

What do you think is the root of the Cudi, Glover feud?
