DJ Akademiks doesn’t seem to believe that DDG physically abused his child’s mother, Halle Bailey.
Bailey just received a restraining order against DDG and said he once smashed her head against a steering wheel during an angry conversation about visitation rights for their son, Halo. Bailey also showed the chipped tooth he claims DDG gave her
Ak commented on her abuse claim during a livestream and said she just wants public sympathy.Â

“If they can’t win the public narrative, they make the accusations,” said Akademiks. “I keep telling you. All these women, something happen, they run to the bathroom to take pictures and they keep it in the tuck.”
DDG has already denied the abuse claim. His mother, Tonya Granberry, reacted as well and said Bailey is lying.
“I don’t usually comment or say anything on this internet even with all the negativity, the lies and hatred towards mine,” she wrote on Instagram Stories. “However these accusations have made me realize that I have been quiet to long.”
