American songwriter, producer and musician signed to Warner Chappell Music Colin Brittain has just unveiled his latest projects by JoJo and Parson James, the single “Dirty Laundry,” mixed and produced by himself. Pop, R&B and soul are melded into each other through Brittain’s clear mastery of bringing to life the artists’ vision. “Dirty Laundry” talks about not feeling judged in some rare relationships, and the unique feeling of having someone’s support despite the ‘dirty laundry’ or past they carry with them.
Brittain has written and produced for acts such as Papa Roach, Hands Like Houses, Basement, Dashboard Confessional, 5 Seconds of Summer, Stick to Your Guns, Miyavi, One Ok Rock, Beautiful Bodies, and Foundry.
The Los Angeles-based artist just recently released another banger, this time by Sueco FT Travis Barker on the hyper punk single “SOS,” amassing over a 1M streams on Spotify just a few days upon its release. The hardworking producer also created a guitar amp plugin pack through STL called the “Colin Brittain preset pack.”
Known for his dynamic productions, Colin’s impressive credits span a wide array of genres and collaborations, including with Avicii and Papa Roach, which for the first time, landed them four #1 mainstream rock song from the same album and an iHeart Radio nomination for rock song of the year for ‘Help’, leading Papa Roach to be nominated for Rock artist of the year. More recently, his work with A Day to Remember hit billboard #3 top albums.
