City Girls team up with Usher for new single “Good Love,” taking to roller skating rink Cascade in Atlanta for the accompanying music video.

Miami natives City Girls take it to the A in new Usher-assisted single “Good Love.” Debuting the collaboration on Friday (July 1), “Good Love” follows Yung Miami and JT‘s last CG singles “Twerkulator” and “Scared” that released in 2021.

Accompanying the single is the Daps-directed music video, filmed at Cascade Family Skating in Atlanta. Skate enthusiast and Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace business partner Usher teaches Yung Miami and JT a few rollerskating moves in the visual for the uptempo summertime track.

The three performed in Atlanta in May during Mary J. Blige‘s inaugural “Strength of A Woman” Festival & Summit in May, where CG were on the performance lineup at State Farm Arena alongside Ella Mai, Xscape, Queen Naija, Chaka Khan and others. After skating backstage at State Farm Arena, Usher surprised the audience to perform with MJB, singing their Good Morning Gorgeous collaboration “Need Love” and serenading her with his 2004 cut “Bad Girl.”

The celebration is just getting started for Usher this summer, as yesterday he wrapped up NPR’s Tiny Desk Concert series for Black Music Month. The crooner sang with backing vocalists, Vedo and Eric Bellinger, running through his throwback classics including “My Way,” “Superstar,” “Nice & Slow,” “Confessions Part II,” “You Don’t Have to Call” and “You Make Me Wanna.” The R&B legend has also renewed his Las Vegas residency at The Colosseum, which will end in October.
