Boosie Badazz picked up federal gun charges last year when he was caught riding dirty in San Diego.
Charleston White has posted the paperwork from the arrest, bizarrely claiming that Boosie snitched on himself.
The short of it is that Boosie refused to let the cop read him his Miranda rights and instead kept insisting the guns were in his bodyguard’s bag — which wouldn’t necessarily be illegal.
The cops say the guns were sitting on the seat of the car — which is.
White has a history of antagonizing Boosie.
He even bragged about having Boosie’s son, Tootie Raww, arrested last year at SXSW for drugs and guns.
“I’m the one who had the police lock him up,” White claimed at the time. “I sent his picture to the department of public safety of the Texas state trooper … I said y’all be on the look out for these boys they gonna have drugs and guns. So they was on the look out for Tootie. His dad is a six-time convicted murderer who uses children to kill people. So they had they eyes wide open for that little Black ass motherfu*cker.”
