However, the estranged couple are being sued together for what they did to the place they used to reside.
Bardi and Set rented a home in Beverly Hills between early 2022 and October this year.
According to their landlord, they left without notice and hadn’t paid all their rent when they did.
He also alleges they trashed the place, leaving permanent scratches on the tile floors, rugs, and curtains, broken furniture, holes in the walls, and burn marks on tables, counters, and cabinets.
He is now suing for the 85K in damages. He says he tried to resolve the issue multiple times before filing suit but was ignored.
