Big U has been charged with murder, racketeering, extortion, robbery, and fraud as part of a 43-count federal indictment unsealed in March 2025. The charges stem from his alleged leadership of a criminal enterprise known as the “Big U Enterprise,” which prosecutors claim operated in a “mafia-like” manner, leveraging his influence within the Rollin’ 60s Neighborhood Crips.

The government will have to prove the case because Big U pleaded not guilty to all charges today at his arraignment.

His trial is set for May 20th.

He faces life in prison if convicted.
