There’s a long history of rappers telling made-up stories.

But nobody has ever capped as Big Boogie did during his chat with Bootleg Kev.

In the clip below, the Memphis rapper makes an absurd claim about a $5 to $15 million drum scholarship he was offered by a large college in Jacksonville whose name he can’t remember.

“Like ten million or something like that,” Boogie claimed.

Boogie turned down the scholarship.  Perhaps because it would require him to attend college for ten years, whereas the typical student is expected to be out in four.

When Kev doubted the story, Boogie claimed it was “in the media.”  We haven’t been able to find it.
