Anderson .Paak handles the directing on the video for his latest single.

On Wednesday, Anderson .Paak dropped the video for his latest single, “Cut Em In,” featuring Rick Ross. The Hit-Boy produced song appears on the soundtrack for Madden 21. The video, directed by Paak himself, features a cameo from Vine star-turned-actor King Bach. Stream the full video below.

The video follows Ross and Paak, seniors in high school, making their way through the last day of school. Fittingly, Ross brings a celebratory batch of Wingstop as the two count money at the lunch table. As a bonus, the epilogue features Paak showing off his percussion skills with a drum solo.

Nathan Scherrer and Tara Sheree executive produced the video. Scherrer is known for videos like Beyonce‘s “Formation,” as well the short film for her Lemonade album and the Formation World Tour. Scherrer won Grammy awards for Best Music Video twice, for “Formation” and Kendrick Lamar‘s single “Humble.”

The duo of Scherrer and Sheree, also known as Free N Joy, were also involved in the creation of Beyonce’s Black is King, as well as Paak’s “Lockdown,” and the Chloe x Halle videos “Do It” and “Forgive Me.” Paak recently directed the video for India Shawn‘s “Movin’ On.”

Check out Anderson .Paak in the upcoming fifth season of The Eric Andre Show. Paak will appear, as well as Lil Yachty, Joey Bada$$, Lakeith Stanfield, and more. Paak recently joined Busta Rhymes for the latest single from his upcoming album Extinction Level Event 2: The Wrath of God.
