Hollywood, CA – Over a decade ago Jadakiss challenged 50 Cent to a rap battle on pay-per-view for a million dollars with JAY-Z and Dr. Dre as judges.

During an exclusive interview with RealStreetRadio, rap vet reveals the challenge was just something he “thought of.”

“Battling is therapeutic for Hip Hop but you can’t take it serious,” Kiss told DX. “I mean, you got to take it because when you’re preparing your material for your opponent but when it affects your heart or when you let it get too personal…you got to have fun with it.”

Though the Ignatius MC thought it’d be an easy payday, 50, unfortunately, declined his offer.

Elsewhere in the interview, Jada reacts to Eminem name-dropping him on The Eminem Show‘s track “Til I Collapse.”

“I got a list, here’s the order of my list that it’s in; / It goes, Reggie, Jay-Z, Tupac and Biggie / Andre from Outkast, Jada, Kurupt, Nas and then me,” Em spit on the track and Jada told us he has nothing but appreciation for Slim Shady’s shout out.

“It’s a beautiful thing when your colleagues and dudes like Em mention you in songs on that level, you appreciate it,” he says.
