Last year,  a woman claimed that Jay and Diddy raped her at one of Diddy’s VMA afterparties in 2000 when she was 13 years old and filed a lawsuit with lawyer Tony Buzbee.

There were many holes and inconsistencies in “Jane Doe’s” story.

Now, the case has been dismissed.

Hov took a victory lap after the paperwork was filed.

“The fictional tale they created was laughable, if not for the seriousness of the claims. I would not wish this experience on anyone. The trauma that my wife, my children, my loved ones and I have endured can never be dismissed,” Hov said in a statement.  “This 1-800 lawyer gets to file a suit hiding behind Jane Doe, and when they quickly realize that the money grab is going to fail, they get to walk away with no repercussions. The system has failed.”

Buzbee still represents over 100 alleged victims of Diddy.
