JAY-Z is being sued for raping a 13-year-old girl at a Puffy party in 2000.

While the woman who brought the suit has remained anonymous, the details of the accusations are public and full of inconsistencies and even impossibilities.

However, Hov’s attempt to have his accuser unmasked has been rebuffed with the strongest language possible by Judge Analisa Torres, who sided with the alleged victim, ‘Jane Doe,’ in her request to remain anonymous.

“Carter’s lawyer’s relentless filing of combative motions containing inflammatory language and ad hominem attacks is inappropriate, a waste of judicial resources, and a tactic unlikely to benefit his client,” Torres said. “The Court will not fast-track the judicial process merely because counsel demands it.”

Do you think the woman should be able to remain anonymous?
