It’s possible that Kanye hinted at this on Vultures when he rapped, “Got pregnant in a threesome, so who’s baby is it?” (For what it’s worth, A$AP Rocky is a notorious orgy lover.)

This would explain why Drake was somewhat reticent to claim paternity to Adonis, who remained “secret” until Pusha T exposed him to the world.
